Estimation
We asked the contestants to estimate the length of the paper ring chain, made of different colors of paper that each represented a different digit of π, that was hung around the auxiliary gym.
With an estimate of 150 meters, Noah Song from Peterson Middle was the closest to the actual length of 147.2 meters, with an honorable mention to the student who guessed 148 feet.
